We are offering an entry-level opportunity to join our collaborative team to help expand GIS at the City of Sandy Springs, Georgia. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week), available immediately, that may transition to a full-time position in 6 months. Work will be on-site at the city hall with flexible scheduling available during normal business hours.
Our award-winning team excels in providing high quality GIS products and services to municipal governments through the public-private partnership model. Learn from experienced GIS professionals while honing your skills by working on a wide range of city projects. Highlights of our work include: democratizing GIS through open data sites and public access GIS applications, customized internal staff apps, and integrating GIS in emergency operations. Training and attendance at professional community events is encouraged.
