The Northeast Georgia chapter of the Georgia Geospatial Association will have its quarterly meeting and holiday gathering on December 12th from 11am to 2pm.
- When: December 12th from 11am to 2pm
- Where: Community Room at the Lyndon House Arts Center, 211 Hoyt St, Athens, GA 30601
- Program: Our program will be presented by Phillip Jones, the GIS Manager of the Northeast Georgia Regional Commission. Phillip will be presenting the 2025 to 2027 Geospatial Strategy for the Northeast Georgia Regional Commission. Following the presentation we will have a fun filled time of networking and playing lots of fun holiday games!
- What to bring: Everyone who comes is asked to bring a favorite holiday dish or dessert AND a $10 to $15 wrapped(or bagged) office appropriate gift for a gift exchange game we will be playing for everyone who wishes to participate. The chapter will be providing drinks and a main dish.
- Sweater Competition: A prize will also be given for the ugliest/most unique Holiday/Winter themed sweater worn to the meeting.
- RSVP: Please email Joel Logan at jlogan@jacksoncountygov.com by December 10th that you will be attending so we can have a good count for food and supplies.
