Topic

Building a Successful ArcGIS Parcel Fabric; Planning, Migration, and Integration

Migrating to the ArcGIS Parcel Fabric is more than a software upgrade—it is an opportunity to modernize how land records are managed, maintained, and shared across an organization. This presentation provides a practical roadmap for organizations considering or beginning a parcel fabric implementation.

Attendees will learn the critical components of a successful parcel fabric environment, including data preparation, organizational planning, governance, and technology requirements. The session also explores the advantages and limitations of the parcel fabric, common migration challenges, lessons learned from real-world implementations, and strategies for avoiding costly mistakes.

Finally, participants will discover best practices for integrating the parcel fabric with assessment, permitting, utility, and other enterprise business systems to maximize the value of authoritative parcel data across the organization.
