Systems Administrator

This role is responsible for managing and supporting enterprise systems, including GIS, for T&D. In addition to working with data (ETL, QA/QC, modeling/orchestrating workflows, collaborating with other relevant Clayton County departments in the management of the authoritative road centerline and other transportation datasets), performing analysis, designing systems, and developing web GIS applications in the context of ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise, T&D uses OpenGov EAM for work order and asset management needs.

Direct experience with and knowledge of OpenGov EAM would be ideal (especially in terms of the integration between the ArcGIS Online/Enterprise platforms, OpenGov EAM, and SeeClickFix), but any experience managing enterprise asset management systems in the context of local government would be highly preferred.

Additionally, Fleet Maintenance (which is a division under T&D) recently implemented FASTER for their fleet management solution, and any knowledge of/experience with this product would be a big plus. Finally, there is a field data collection component to this position (with the support of the GIS Tech), but it is currently not a primary focus. The GIS Technician is the direct report of the SysAdmin, so staff management experience and skills would also be valued for this position.
