You Can’t Spell Georgia Smart without GIS
Presentation Outline:
If you work in state or local government, you have by now heard about the Smart Cities and Smart Communities movement. Hopefully, you are even planning your submission for the next Georgia Smart Communities Challenge. The more we learn about Smart Cities and Communities, the more we’ve observed that all of the most successful projects and initiatives have GIS at their core. Please join us as we discuss how Macon-Bibb GIS is leading the Smart City Strategy at Macon-Bibb Government SmarterTogetherMBC and how that led to our being named to the Georgia Tech’s Georgia Smart Communities Challenge Class of 2019.
