This position is responsible for performing technical work associated with the operations and maintenance of the county’s GIS (Geographic Information System) and related spatial data products. The emphasis of work is on imagery and raster analysis, 3D feature and surface analysis, data maintenance, web GIS solutions, and generation of traditional cartographic products. This includes the research, design, development, digitization, documentation, testing, and analysis of geospatial data in support of the business requirements. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and develop solutions in order to maximize the benefit of the GIS system investment to the county.
